The Lift codes of Australia require all elevators to be service at least once per annum as a minimum. If lifts are used in commercial premises servicing and maintenance is required more frequently. Owners of plant have a duty of care to ensure the regime of maintenance and servicing is maintained.

At Master Lifts we have developed three levels of servicing to suit your needs under our preventative Maintenance agreements ( PMA’s).

Our PMA Service* agreement ensures you have an annual inspection and regular maintenance performed for the particular site and application of the Lift.

PMA Plus* builds on the PMA service agreement and also includes all parts and components that may be necessary.

And PMA Platinum* covers you for all your needs to cover the costs and peace of mind for your lifts and essential needs.

You can build a PMA agreement which covers all or parts of the above types and tailor an agreement to suit the individual needs of each installation. PMA agreements are available from 1 to 5 year terms.
