Service and Maintenance
The Lift codes of Australia require all elevators to be serviced. If lifts are used in commercial premises servicing and maintenance is required more frequently. Owners of plant have a duty of care to ensure the regime of maintenance and servicing is maintained, to ensure the safe operation of your lift when you need it.
At Master Lifts we have developed four levels of servicing to suit your needs under our preventative Maintenance agreements (PMA’s).
Our PMA Bronze* agreement ensures you have a safety inspection and regular maintenance performed for the particular site and application of the Lift.
PMA Silver* builds on the PMA service agreement and also includes sundry parts that may be necessary.
PMA Gold* builds further on the PMA and includes parts and callout labour during business hours
8am – 5pm / Monday – Friday.
And PMA Platinum* covers you for all your needs to cover the costs and peace of mind for your lifts and essential needs.
You can build a PMA agreement which covers all or parts of the above types and tailor an agreement to suit the individual needs of your lift. PMA agreements are available from 1 to 5 year terms.
